A full line of beef, pork, lamb, all naturally raised and processed.All meat is USDA inspected, vacuum packed and frozen.

Get it while it lasts- Lamb,Ham steaks and Oxtail!

There is still one large(I do mean large 14+lbs) Roast of Beast...I mean Beef.You could feed over 14 people on this roast with lots left over . The formula is 1 to 2 people per pound of beef. This roast would be superb for a large family gathering, wedding rehearsal or a special anniversary with the a large number of guests! If you supply the beef and your guests bring the rest ,you would have an awesome and delicious pot luck party!

We cater to folks who are very demanding with regard to quality and creative when it comes to cut and preparation. We take the time to get the best cuts for stock and work with you on custom cuts when you want that special roast or other item.

We still have a number of jams,jellies & marmalades. The pickled items
(relish,pickles & chutneys)are a little sparse on the shelves till the growing seasons start again. With the way the weather has been we may have a very early canning season.
