A full line of beef, pork, lamb, all naturally raised and processed.All meat is USDA inspected, vacuum packed and frozen. Get it while it lasts- we have split chickens (great for the grill!)but won't last forever! We will be ordering chicks and the first processing should be in mid July .Pre-order ahead of time(May 2013) and pay your deposit($5 a chicken) to assure you get the chicken you want.The Chicken is $4.45 a lb and $6.10 a lb for cut up chicken. We cater to folks who are very demanding with regard to quality and creative when it comes to cut and preparation. We take the time to get the best cuts for stock and work with you on custom cuts when you want that special roast or other item. Unlike last year (2012) we have had a more normal winter and spring. I expect the canning season to be in full force by the middle of August and will last into late October. I am hoping it will be a good year for fruit, so I can make lots of fruit pickles. This year I am going to try making some fruit cheeses. Fruit cheeses are also called fruit paste/pate and are a lovely addition to a cheese tray!
