King & I Angus is owned and operated by Dennis and Sara Wilk in Maine's Franklin County. After almost 30 years in the food industry, in 2000 we started our farm with 171 acres and have grown to over 300 acres today. Our mission is to be the most progressive Angus breeder in the state with our cattle producing tremendous calves for the beef industry. Our herd has grown from thoroughly researched Black Angus Stock that maximizes efficient, top quality beef production. King & I Angus offspring are in high demand, resulting in the presence of our cattle in numerous herds in Maine and 13 other states nationwide. Our program's continuous advancements mean that our customers are able to buy restaurant quality Black Angus Beef.

If you purchase just "Angus" you do not know how much of that beef actually is Angus."
All Natural
Feeding: Cattle graze on our pastures and are never given any growth hormones, antibiotics or animal by products. We are grass fed based, our hay or bailage comes from our land. For the best dining experience we have found that at ninety days prior to harvest they are given a locally grown mixture of corn and oats.
Water: Fresh from a drilled well on the property and then piped to each field they graze.
Vitamins & Minerals: Free choice, always.
We do not buy from any outside source all our calves are born and raised on our farm. You can have confidence in flavor, qualtiy and the knowledge that you are purchasing 100% Angus.
