Good Afternoon Farm-to-Table Participants,
Sorry to get this message out so late in the day. I'll be keeping the market open until Saturday at Noon to compensate!
Fresh food is rolling out like crazy and coming to you fresh and crispy on our new Refrigerated Truck! (Thanks to the Mad River Food Hub and the VT State Agency of Agriculture)
For offerings this week:
From Chip Natvig, Pebble Brook Farm, a limited supply of Cilantro and bunched Radishes; as well as spinach and mesclun mix!
From Robin Taylor in Marshfield, a healthy portion of Romaine and Green Leaf Lettuce. Get on it quick though, it goes fast! and EGGS EGGS EGGS!!!!
From Littlewood Farm in Plainfield, we have Spinach and Braising Mix (spicy braising mix actually) great for a quick sautee!
From Kingsbury Market Garden we'll have spinach and mesclun
and From Two Rivers Center Farm, we'll have spinach and mesclun (with baby carrots and cherry tomatoes coming soon!!)
And Finally, the most important thing to add. We LOVE having you as customers. Keep buying this fresh local food from us. This next growing season is going to be an amazing one!

A few important notes:
- Packing slips that arrive with boxes are now your invoices. These documents are to be saved and used as a current invoice. Each month, sites and buyers will receive a statement of unpaid balances, etc.
- If you have not registered, do not know how to register, or do not know or remember your password, please e-mail
