Recent Updates

You may not notice immediately, but we've made some big changes to how Harvest to Market works. Many of these changes are background changes that you don't need to worry about. In fact, most changes should be pretty seamless with how you're used to things functioning. Please read a summary of the major changes below.

Take a moment to log in to your account and make sure that your contact info and other information is correct.

Logging In

The most important change is how you log in. We've decided to move away from usernames on the site, so you'll use your email address to log in to your account. Your password is still the same (if you're not sure what your password is, use Password Retrieval).

For most users, using your email address instead of your username to login will be the biggest change. You may notice some changes in how the My Profile page works though, so please take a moment to look around your profile settings and the new options.

If you use Password Retrieval to retrieve a forgotten password, and it doesn't seem to be the password you remember, don't worry. This may be due to you having created several accounts in the past. We've merged multiple accounts that have been tied to the same email address, and we chose one of the accounts' passwords to be the account password. This may not be the password you have used most recently, but it should be a password you set at some time.

My Profile Page

From the new My Profile page you can manage various aspects of your user account, including Member Markets (markets you frequently buy from), Newsletter Subscriptions, Multiple Buyers, Vendors, and Markets.

Administering Multiple Buyers, Vendors, and Markets

If you've previously used your email address to manage more than one buyer, vendor, or market, your accounts have been merged into one, and administration abilities for each of your different buyers, vendors, and markets are available from links in the My Profile page.
