Good Afternoon Farm-to-Table Participants,
Coming up this week is the 3rd and 4th of July. Here in central vermont we like to celebrate the 4th of july a day early. So deliveries will be made as early as possible to ensure that you all get the freshest local foods for your celebrations.
Theres a lot coming out of the farms and garden right now that want to be eaten by you, your participants and your customers!
Here is a concise list of whats fresh this week:
Littlewood Farm: Rainbow Chard, Green Collards, Assorted Kale
Wellspring Farm: Mixed Baby Beets bunched, w/ greens, Romaine Lettuce, Purple Scallions
Harvest Hill Farm: BROCCOLI
Kingsbury Market Garden: Mesclun mix, Baby Spinach, NAPA CABBAGE
Two Rivers Center Farm: Basil, Mints, Oregano, Mustard Greens, Cherry Tomatoes***(very limited quantity, first harvest)
Robin Taylor: Romaine and Red Leaf Lettuce
Pebble Brook Farm: Green Leaf, Red Leaf Lettuce, Romaine, Carrots (by the bunch-mid sized), Turnip Greens, Mesclun, Beet Greens (loose and bunched), Kale, Green Swiss Chard (mid sized and bunched), Flat Leaf Parsley (limited quantity)
Santa Davida Farm: Rainbow Chard, Assorted Kale, Beefsteak Tomatoes, Green Cone Cabbage, Green Garlic by the head, Curly Parsley, Assorted Lettuce

- Packing slips that arrive with boxes are now your invoices. These documents are to be saved and used as a current invoice. Each month, sites and buyers will receive a statement of unpaid balances, etc.
