YOU ARE ALL CORDIALLY INVITED TO OUR ANNUAL FALL CELEBRATION: "SQUASH THE SEASON" @ U-32
Monday, December 10 @ 4 pm. U-32 Cafeteria.
We will be processing butternut squash together and all will get to take home a 2# bucket of squash puree to put in your freezers for the winter, compliments of Farm-to-Table. Then we will share an early bird small plate meal, hear from Chef Paul @ Goddard College about his Farm-to-Table Cafeteria, and give out some awards to our chefs and farmers!
