Welcome to the first real days of spring. We officially have our first spring crop: Spinach!!

This is a matured spinach which has been wintered over in a greenhouse.. The price is a little up there, but its totally worth it. This spinach has been waiting all winter for you to eat it and soak up its delicious nutrients!

In 2 weeks we will have mesclun mix and field spinach. thats when the price will drop!

I am grateful that everyone is enjoying our local chickens! and our new products.

Please Please Please buy out the rest of our cabbage and beets and potatoes!!!!! buy in bulk, save em.. before you know it, they'll be gone :-)
