Recipe of the Week

Crispy Kale Chips

Eat more kale! Get ANYBODY to eat their greens with this simple recipe. Man, child, and beast alike just love kale chips!

1 bunch Two Rivers Center Organic Kale
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1. Rinse fresh kale and coarsely chop into pieces roughly the size of a potato chip.

2. Toss on a cookie sheet with olive oil and salt. If you'd like a variation, a sprinkle of tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos adds just the right flavor here.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F until CRISPY!

If you find yourself missing one of our old recipes from the recipe of the week column and can’t find the archive, let us know! We can bring it up for you.
