"Superior" white potatoes, smallish, round, all-purpose: The flavor of these potatoes is what really earns them the name "Superior." To appreciate how great they are, try them side by side with other potatoes. When we did a taste test of several varieties, we were surprised at how much more tasty they were than pretty much any of the others.
