German Butterball: Naturally grown .Brown skinned with yellow flesh. The German Butterball has a"netted skin". Our favorite for winter baking, soups and stews. Grown from our own seed; Stores well.

Kennebec -seconds SALE: Nice large potatoes. A moderate amount of scab on the skins - cosmetic - still a great potato. Great baked, boiled, in potato salad or in soups. Potato Leek soup anyone?

Nicola: Brown skinned with yellow flesh. The Nicola has a smooth skin and is touted as having a low glycemic index for a potato. Grown from our own seed; Stores well.

Papa Cacho Fingerlings-Peruvian (pictured): A lovely red skinned fingerling with white flesh tinged with pink. Great for roasting, boiling, or baking. Originally from Peru.

Small potatoes: Mix of small German Butterball and Nicola, These small potatoes bake up quickly, or can be boiled. Yellow skin and flesh.
