Place your order from Western Maine Market today or by 6:00 A.M. tomorrow morning for pick-up or delivery this Friday or Saturday.

Friday pick-up in Farmington will move this week to the farmers' market on Front St, 12-2pm.
Saturday pick-up will be available this week at the Fiddlehead Festival at UMF 11 am-1 pm, and hereafter at the Saturday market on Main St in Farmington.

Fiddlehead Festival with Farmers' Market at UMF this Saturday

This Saturday the 6th of May, 10 am - 3 pm, is the 6th Annual Maine Fiddlehead Festival at at UMF's Emery Community Arts Center. Learn more at www.mainefiddleheadfestival.com

Farmers’ market vendors can be found at the "Fiddlehead Market" there. Despite a rainy forecast, as of this morning the festival is still on.
Farmington's Outdoor Markets open for the Season

Farmington's farmers' markets will kick off the summer season this weekend, with the Friday market 9-2 on Front St., across from the Better Living Center. Next Saturday's market will be at the FIDDLEHEAD FESTIVAL at UMF on the 6th of May. Starting the 13th of May, Farmington's Saturday market will move to its summer location and hours, in the courthouse parking lot on Main Street, 9am-noon.

Western Maine Market order pick-up will be available at each of these markets, and starting this week, Friday order pick-up will move across the street from the BLC to noon - 2 pm at the market for the season. Hours & days for our other locations remain the same.

We will be reporting on other area farmers' markets as they open for the season.

Meet & Greet with WMM Vendors

Save the date! Sunday the 21st of May, 2-5 pm, we invite you to join our Western Maine Market vendors for a celebration of the summer season with an Open Farm Day. Meet our farmers, enjoy free local food, take a tour of Rasmussen Farm if you'd like. Fiddleheads and more will be available for sale. A drawing will be held for WMM Gift Certificates.

The event will be held at Rasmussen Farm, 21 Schoolhouse Rd in Freeman, at the top of Gilkey Hill Rd. To find it with GPS, call it Baston Rd. in Strong. For directions or more info, contact Deborah at 857-225-1199 or info@westernmainemarket.com.
