Menu Group: Food
Section: Prepared Foods
Category: Salads

Vendor: Rasmussen Farm

Gluten-free: We make this gluten-free version of tabouli by replacing bulgur wheat with kasha - roasted buckwheat. Despite the name, buckwheat is not wheat. It is a legume.
Made with our tomatoes and parsley; water, kasha; olive oil, organic lemon juice; our onions, scallions, and/or chives; local garlic; black pepper, and sea salt. Keep refrigerated.

Traditional: same ingredients as gluten-free but with the traditional bulgur wheat instead of kasha.
