Ambrosia: Our favorite sugar and gold bi-color sweet corn. Retains sweetness and is slow to turn starchy - ie. it keeps in the frig and is not too picky about when it is harvested. Organically grown, so don't be surprised if an occasional corn worm. Non-GMO ! A mid-season corn, but late this year because of weather. Tips of ears don't fill out well with this corn unless the weather is favorable. Still a great corn, and full ear.

Fritter (or chowder) Corn: A mix of bicolor Ambrosia and yellow Kandy Korn. Full ears, mature corn - great for fritters, chowder, freezing. Try our Silver Queen, a new picking, for younger tender corn to be enjoyed fresh on the cob.
