Sweet corn kernels, frozen
Menu Group: Food

Vendor: Rasmussen Farm

Enjoy our corn without the fuss of husking and dealing with the cobs. Great on its own or in salsa, soup, or other dishes.
We've been scalding corn for four minutes, giving it a cold water bath to stop the cooking, then cutting kernels from the cob and packing the corn in freezer bags. There may be a bit of corn silk in with the kernels, but the silks are also sweet and tasty, and we do try to keep them to a minimum.
