New Bag Law
Do you know about the new bag law that goes into effect this week in Maine?

If your order is large enough to require a grocery bag and you wish to receive it in a single-use bag, please add a 5 cent bag fee so we can comply with Maine's bag law, which is in effect starting the 1st of July 2021. We are happy to work with customers to use your own bags or share bags of ours if you will return them. We already use a cloth bag exchange system with many of our regular customers.

Feel free to email Deborah at info@westernmainemarket.com or text to 207-860-0703 to discuss the matter or make arrangements. We are trying to do our part to preserve natural resources!
