Quince Jelly! This batch is not "quite" fully jelled! Locally grown, complex sweet/tart flavor! A delightful underused and under appreciated fruit. I put my hand right up when a friend here in Farmington offered extra fruit! Beautiful golden/pink jelly with a complex flavor ...sweet ...sugar of course, but tart as well.

Bread and Butter Pickles! A classic old fashioned traditional recipe. Sweet, tart, and satisfying. We use a tried-and-true recipe from the 30's ...a prize winning traditional recipe. Made with our own Certified Organic cucumbers, onions, and sweet peppers, with vinegar, cane sugar, sea salt, and spices.

(pictured) Classic Sweet Gherkins with a twist! Sweet and crunchy, made of West Indian Gherkin cucumbers! We call these cucumbers the "hedgehog" cukes! They are rock hard and spiny, not at all appetizing raw. BUT the recipe is a multi-day sugar cure followed by pickling, and the process penetrates and softens the cukes. The result is a crunchy sweet and tangy pickle that is surprisingly delectable!

Piccalilli, Green Tomato Relish! An old fashioned traditional recipe. A traditional end-of-season relish treat ...our own Certified Organic green tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, and cabbage. Made with cane sugar, vinegar, and spices.
