Petrullo Farms
Petrullo Farms in South Paris, Maine, makes fresh pasta with only five ingredients, their farm fresh eggs, semolina and durum flour, salt and water! They have classics as well as some not so common styles. You can order their fresh pasta on their website or pick some up at the farmers markets, this week they will have rigatoni, mafaldine, bucatini, and campanelle. You can also pick up some fresh pasta at the markets and restaurants we wholesale to from Bethel all the way to Portland Maine! The team is going to be gone September 12th, so make sure to stock up on your favorite fresh pasta for the week!

The South Paris Market is Growing
Last week at the market we had eighteen vendors filling the parking lot.
Goods that are offered are soaps, canned good, meat, eggs, jewelry, mushrooms, gift boxes, baked goods, bouquets, vanilla products, ceramics and more.
You can shop for gifts and home decor from local producers.
