Nicola: Brown skinned with yellow flesh. The Nicola has a smooth skin and is touted as having a low glycemic index for a potato. Grown from our own seed.

Red Gold: Maine Potato Lady says: "Always one of my favorites. Boiled or steamed and tossed with butter, salt, and parsley, these will melt in your mouth. Rose red skin wraps around deep yellow flesh." Newly dug, not yet cured, so not for storage.
