SALE - German Butterball

Section: Vegetables
Category: Potatoes

Vendor: Porter Hill Farm

German Butterball; Naturally grown .Brown skinned with yellow flesh. The German Butterball has a"netted skin". Our favorite for winter baking, soups and stews.
Seconds because of modest surface "scab" - this does not affect the flavor; still a multi-use potato.
