Reliance, first of the season. A favorite of many. Some are fully ripe, others need a few days on the window sill to ripen. Prolong the shelf life of ripe fruit by refrigerating. Grown without pesticide sprays.

Shallots

Category: Shallots
Vendor: Whitehill Farm
New crop! 2019 gourmet shallots, mild and delicious. At least 1# per bag. Certified Organic.
Delicious in salads and sauces! Every place where a mild "onion" is the right touch! We're harvesting these beauties right now and curing them for long term storage. They will keep for a long time - in a warmish dry place - longer than onions and some garlic!
Tomatoes

A Mix of Cherry Tomatoes: Red and Sun Peach

A mix of heirloom tomatoes: Pink Martha Washington , and Rose de Berne another pink tomato which is smaller and one of our favorites. Valencia, a very nice sweet yellow/orange tomato. You may also get a "tie dye" - dark red and green looking almost like a Purple Cherokee. You may even get a large Ruby Gold - yellow with red streaks. All naturally grown in our green houses.

All Yellow - Cherry Tomatoes: More like candy than a tomato. Esterina, a round sweet light yellow cherry as sweet as Sun Gold but does not split as readily. Our favorite yellow!

Red Salad Tomatoes - Mt. Magic: Larger than a cherry, smaller than a slicing tomato.
