Pick up at the farm on Wednesdays 3-6:00; or delivery through Western Maine Market (there may be a delivery charge).

There will be a box prepared for you weekly form late June until Mid October. Your box will contain a wide variety of fresh seasonal produce, mostly vegetables but, usually strawberries as well. All produce is grown "naturally" without chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers.

A share is generally enough to feed an adult couple (with an appetite for vegetables), or a couple with 1-2 children.
A half share is generally enough to feed an adult couple (with a average appetite for vegetables), or a single person.
Rosemary Olive Bread

A long-time favorite at our home and with our dinner guests. Crusty free-form loaf shaped similar to a baguette. We start with a "sponge," similar to a sourdough starter, giving it a divine texture. Made with unbleached white flour, water, Kalamata olives, homegrown rosemary, yeast, and sea salt. Other shapes available on request.

A mix of dark red, pink, and golden yellow beets. No spray, naturally grown. Available large or small.
The pink are pink Chiogga with concentric pink and white stripes on the interior- very pretty and nice when shredded uncooked for a salad.

Green Cabbage: These dense green cabbage are excellent keepers, and are excellent for slaw, kraut, in stir fries or soups, or boiled for an old fashioned New England dinner. Large Avg 5 lbs, Medium Avg 2.5 lbs.

Red cabbage: These large deep purple-red heads are a work of art when sliced open, and equally appealing in slaw, soups, stir-fries, salads. Large Avg 6 lbs, Medium Avg 4 lbs.
