Use it like spinach - raw or cooked. Find recipes here: www.yummly.com/recipes/tatsoi.
Specialty Produce.com says: "Tatsoi is a very versatile green and may used similarly to spinach, raw, steamed, sauteed, braised or stir fried. It makes an excellent accompaniment to other salad greens such as spinach, arugula, watercress, pea tendrils and mizuna. Its tangy and peppery notes pair well with citrus, crisp cool ingredients such as apple, fennel and mint, warm flavors that are abundantly found in chiles, garlic and allspice. Pair tatsoi with ingredients rich in umami such as scallops, mushrooms, seaweed, sesame and braised meats. Fermented ingredients such as fish sauce, soy sauce and vinegars are also complimentary matches." http://www.specialtyproduce.com/produce/Tatsoi_532.php

Tomatoes

Category: Tomatoes
Vendor: Rasmussen Farm
Heirloom mix, varying levels of ripeness to last several days, cracks & blemishes yes, but oh so flavorful! For eating fresh tomato slices, there is nothing more divine. Our tomatoes have not been babied in a greenhouse or watered much at all, which leads to cracks and other visual imperfections - but also to deep, full flavor. Once harvested, they are never stored in a cold room, so they maintain their natural texture. Not entirely vine-ripened, but completely pesticide-free.
We'll select a range from tomatoes best eaten the day you get them to some that should sit for several days. A gentle touch will let you know which ones are ready.
A range of colors, flavors, sizes, & shapes, all with the kind of full-flavored heirloom tomato taste not found in store-bought tomatoes.

Plum tomatoes-mixed varieties: Plum tomatoes are smaller and generally thicker-fleshed than beefsteaks, great for salsa, sauces & salads. 3-6 tomatoes per pound. Feel free to state any size preferences in the order note at checkout.
