Organic Wheat flour, Water and Salt - that's it! Crafted with a long slow ferment.
Oh, this deliciousness does not last long in our house, and I am sure that it won't last in your house either. I was on a long run of baking bread daily while I was perfecting my sourdough technique. everyone gobbles it up so quickly that they don't eat anything else and we now have to take bread breaks. Baking sourdough bread with a long fermentation is a two day process, but it is well worth wait.
