(Pictured) Greek Olive & Rosemary Bread: A long-time favorite at our home and with our dinner guests. Crusty free-form loaf. We start with a "sponge," similar to a sourdough starter, giving it a divine texture. Made with unbleached white flour, organic whole wheat bread flour, water, mixed Greek olives, homegrown rosemary, yeast, and sea salt.

Whole wheat bread: A simple, old-fashioned loaf. Great for toast or sandwiches. Made with organic whole wheat flour, water, nonfat dried milk, brown sugar, canola oil, yeast, and salt.

Directions: Preheat oven to 450. Stretch or roll dough to the desired pan size. Top with your favorite toppings. Bake 18-20 minutes.

Vegan, delicious, coarsely pureed. Serve cold. Gazpacho is a tomato-based vegetable soup, served cold. It's an excellent meal for a hot day, but we've been enjoying it even on cold evenings lately - it's just too delicious to resist. We use both cooked and raw tomatoes, everything else is raw.
Veggies are all homegrown or from our local farmer friends. Contains tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Keep refrigerated.

Japanese shishito pepper for cooking or salads. (1 Pint) Avg. 3 1/2-4" heavily wrinkled fruits are thin walled, mostly mild (no heat) when green and slightly sweet when red. Popular in Japan where its thin walls make it particularly suitable for tempura. Also very good roasted, in stir fries, or sautés. In Asia, fruits are always cooked green but they also may be used red. Thinly sliced, the red fruits are excellent in salads and coleslaw.

Heirloom tomatoes: Rarely blemish-free beauties, but juicy and delicious! A range of colors, flavors, sizes, & shapes, all with the kind of great old heirloom tomato taste not found in store-bought tomatoes. Use order note at checkout to request specific colors, sizes, etc, and we'll do our best to oblige.

Juliet grape tomatoes: Lovely & delicious, small plum-shaped tomatoes. Fedco says: "With an engaging sweetness, they make good stewing tomatoes, excellent salad tomatoes, and, despite their juiciness, a tangy sauce with a diverse complex richness and full sweet tomato flavor. Lynn Sagalyn of Philadelphia reports that “Juliet is my favorite tomato for drying. Cut them in half, flip out the seeds and dehydrate¦They are like tomato ˜raisins” chewy and sweet to just eat, put on pizza, or add some red to a winter stir-fry." Scout Proft of East Dorset, Vt., says, "Entertained by your description, but the plain truth is they are the highest yielding most versatile tomato out there”both for greenhouse and field use in all culinary ways. Period."

Medium red slicing tomato: A round red heirloom slicing tomato, perfect for sandwiches or just eating like an apple.

Paste tomatoes-mixed varieties: Paste tomatoes are meatier and often smaller than beefsteaks, great for salsa, sauces & salads. This mix may include larger tomatoes with more varied shapes than a standard plum tomato. Feel free to state any size preferences in the order note at checkout.

Ripe green cherry tomatoes: A mix of Green Grape, Green Doctor's Frosted, and Pocket Star cherry tomatoes. Who knew there were three different kinds of green cherry tomatoes?
