Gazpacho, frozen
Menu Group: Food
Section: Prepared Foods
Category: Soups
Vendor: Rasmussen Farm
frozen in a zip-lock bag - Vegan, delicious, coarsely pureed. Serve cold. Gazpacho is a tomato-based vegetable soup, served cold. It's an excellent meal for a hot day, but we've been enjoying it even on cold evenings lately - it's just too delicious to resist.
We use both cooked and raw tomatoes, everything else is raw.
Veggies are all homegrown or from our local farmer friends. Contains tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Keep refrigerated.

Delicata squash
Menu Group: Food
Section: Vegetables
Category: Squash - Winter
Vendor: Whitehill Farm
lovely, sweet and delicious. 2 or 3 per pkg. Certified Organic. Delicata is one of our favorite squashes, as they can be baked in a jiffy, and the skin is sweet and tender enough to eat! We love to drizzle maple syrup on our squash just before serving!
Sweet corn kernels, frozen
Menu Group: Food
Section: Vegetables
Category: Corn
Vendor: Rasmussen Farm
Sweet corn grown by Shady Maple Farm in Starks. We scalded the corn for four minutes, gave it a cold water bath to stop the cooking, then cut kernels from the cob and sealed them in freezer bags. Great on its own or in salsa, soup, or other dishes.
