Saturday pick-up will be available this week at the Fiddlehead Festival at UMF and hereafter at the Saturday farmers' market on Main St in Farmington.

Friday pick-up in Farmington this week will be in the parking area on Front Street just north of the Better Living Center, where the Friday farmers' market will be held starting next week. The Friday market is moving back beside the BLC for the convenience of our shoppers.

white and crisp, eat greens and turnips raw or lightly cooked. These are not regular old turnips, they are the size of radishes but delicately sweet and tender. You will be pleasantly surprised! I snack on them raw, chop them for salads and throw them in stir fries right at the end of cooking.
