Lemon: Mild basil flavor, but with a distinct lemony scent. The nicest basil for seasoning simple fish dishes! Certified Organic.

Lettuce Leaf: Beautiful huge "rumpled" leaves with a mild and sweet flavor. The leaves are large enough to make tender wraps, or will make a beautiful mild salsa. Certified Organic.

Mammoth: Milder than Sweet Basil, with large leaves that are great snipped into salad. Will need to be covered if you have Japanese beetles - they make a mess of every leaf. Certified Organic.

Red: Mild basil flavor, but a gorgeous red-purple that is beautiful in salads and vinegars. Certified Organic.

One of the original Tabasco-type peppers, bright red, slim cones with a great flavor and serious heat! Our own seed. Common Ground Fair blue ribbon winner for us year after year.

What a treat, both for the eyes and the palate. Chocolate Pear has the rich flavor that is typical of dark tomatoes. Once the plant starts ripening fruits there will be a long harvest. Little pears are a dark red overlaid with green and brown.

75 days Delicious fruit ...MOSTLY a warm apricot color! Vigorous and productive plants! But a challenging variety to offer. Plants vary a lot, even after years of vigorous selection by the Southern Exposure Seed folks. It tends strongly toward the intensely fruity, sweet, luscious orange spheres we originally described. Many plants bear red fruits, and a wide range of orange types is present as well, in clusters of 2-12 and sizes of ½ - 1½ in.
