We are working on "unwinding" the hybrid to select the peppers most like the original, year after year, until the seed is stable. These are the delightful "failures" from our selections this year! Heirloom Tomatoes: Rarely blemish-free beauties, but juicy and delicious! A range of colors, flavors, sizes, & shapes, all with the kind of great old heirloom tomato taste not found in store-bought tomatoes. Paste tomatoes-mixed varieties: Paste tomatoes are meatier and often smaller than beefsteaks, great for salsa, sauces & salads.
