Perfect "gettin' it right" eggs from our new layers ...even some green ones! Small eggs are "practice" eggs, and there are now fewer every week! Three will equal approximately 2 large eggs for recipe planning. Golden yolks just like eggs from our older birds ...and the new girls will be laying larger eggs soon! The new flock are Light Brahmas, a couple Auracana's, and Silver Laced Wyandottes!

For baking we use the standard measure ...hand shake thoroughly and then measure! 1 large egg is 3 ¼ tablespoons ...2 = 6 ½ tablespoons, etc!

Certified Organic! Stunning. Although they LOOK a little dangerous, Corbaci peppers are not the least hot. They have a sweet, strong, and earthy flavor that is kind of addictive. They ripen from a bright yellow, through orange, and finally to red when they are fully ripe. Some of each will provide a rainbow for your salad!
