Buttercup, 1-2 lbs: Everyone's favorite sweet, dry squash. This is Uncle David's Dakota Dessert Buttercup, grown naturally from Fedco seed.

Marina di Chioggia : Fedco says: "As delectable as they are handsome, even those harvested in 2009's horrific squash year won accolades from our staff for their dense moist texture, rich sweetness and real substance. Variability adds to their appeal, color ranging from aquamarine to very dark green, most with bumps, some without. Delicious baked, in pies; ideal for gnocchi and ravioli."
