Tree Ripened Peaches - Free Stone: At early budding stage a Copper Spray, approved for organic use, was used to combat a fungal infection which devastated last year's crop. Only a milk spray used during the fruiting period.
Expect 3-4 peaches per pound
May need 1-3 extra days on your window sill to fully ripen. Ripe when a little softness felt by pressing lightly with your finger.

Heirloom quality slicing tomatoes: Hybrids which take their genetic line from old heirlooms, but which have more disease resistance and "cat facing" (ie- less irregular shapes and more edible tomato). Some are true hybrids. Most pink, some yellow/orange, some yellow/orange with red streaking.
