Our Maple Syrup is delicious on pancakes, french toast, yogurt, ice cream, used as a natural sweetener, in baking, cooking, virtually anything! It is so good, it will not last long.

Compared to regular sugar, It is much higher in essential nutrients such as Magnesium, potassium, zinc, riboflavin (B2), manganese, and calcium. High in antioxidants and a low glycemic index. We love to use our Maple Sugar or Maple Syrup as a substitute in coffee, homemade cheesecake, zucchini bread, cookies, glazes, ham glaze, and so much more!

We are working on "unwinding" the hybrid to select the peppers most like the original, year after year, until the seed is stable. These are the delightful selections for this year!
