Place your order TODAY from Western Maine Market to get fresh local food this WEDNESDAY the 26th. We will accept orders early Tuesday morning, but better to get your order in today.

We are offering all of our usual options for pick-up or delivery this pre-Thanksgiving Wednesday, with the exception that there is no Rangeley option this week.

We will NOT be delivering orders on Friday or Saturday this week, although you can opt to pick up at the Farmington Farmers' market on Saturday the 29th. Our next ordering cycle will be for delivery on Friday the 5th of December.

A nut-free version of a delicious recipe from the Silver Palate that has been our go-to stuffing for many years. Local sausage & onions, local and/or organic apples, sauteed in sweet butter; our home-baked corn-, wheat-, and French bread, and parsley, sage, and thyme. Nut lovers may wish to add pecans or pecan meal.

You can stuff a bird with it or cook it covered in a casserole dish at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes, preferably surrounded by a larger pan of water to keep it moist.

A delicious, raw cranberry relish chock full of vitamin C! Made with cranberries, our local or organic apples, clementines, and sugar. All raw. We make it tart, with half the sugar called for in the original recipe, but you can easily stir in extra sugar if you prefer it sweeter. We grab a fork and eat it by itself, straight from the container. So yummy!

Quince Jelly! Locally grown, complex sweet/tart flavor. A delightful underused and underappreciated fruit. I put my hand right up when a friend here in Farmington offered extra fruit! Beautiful golden/pink jelly with a complex flavor ...sweet ...sugar of course, but tart as well.
