Golden treasure: a sweet Italian variety with long, shiny fruits that ripen to a gorgeous golden yellow. Sweet medium-thick flesh and tender skin. Excellent fresh in salads, salsas, and more. Great variety for pan frying or roasting.

Hungarian wax: a productive, heirloom pepper plant known for its long, waxy, banana-shaped fruit that starts yellow and ripens to orange and red, with heat increasing as it matures. These plants thrive in full sun and are versatile for culinary uses like pickling, stuffing, and frying, offering mild to moderate heat (5,000-15,000 Scoville units).

Mini bell yellow: a fast-maturing compact plant. The small fruits are robustly sweet-tasting, added to salads, vegetable platters, or for mini stuffed pepper hour d’oeuvres.
