Our pigs are raised outside and allowed to browse in movable pens throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Once winter comes, they move into the barn. They are fed high quality pig feed as well as hay, browse, fresh fruits and veggies, and their favorite, goat milk.

Grown using IPM, Integrated Pest Management, starting with row cover, and using minimal pesticides when the swede midge is detected in the field. Swede midge is specially harmful to broccoli but all brassica crops can be affected. Fortunately cabbage does not require as much spraying as other brassicas like broccoli.
