Clingstone = flesh of peach does not freely separate from the stone. All early peaches are clingstone. Clingstone are the first to ripen. Just as good as free stone, but you will need to cut the flesh from the pit. Juicy and sweet. Fully ripe when light finger pressure feels some "give" or softness of the peach. Avg of 1.5 lbs in a quart, 5-6 peaches.

The only spray has been a copper spray in the fall and again in the early spring to help control fungal diseases.

A mix of cherry tomatoes: Grown naturally in our greenhouse - no spray, and nothing synthetic touches these tasty cherry tomatoes. Red, Pink, Orange, and Yellow. All fully ripe and ready to eat.

A mix of Red and Yellow Salad Tomatoes: Intermediate size between cherry and slicing. Each a FULL mouthful, but great also in salads, Shish Kabobs. Grown naturally in our greenhouses. Very colorful and tasty!

Heirloom quality slicing tomatoes: Grown Naturally in our greenhouse. Hybrids which take their genetic line from old heirlooms, but which have more disease resistance and "cat facing" (ie- less irregular shapes and more edible tomato). Some are true hybrids. Most pink, some yellow/orange, some yellow/orange with red streaking.
