Excellent flavor!
Most need a few days on your window sill to ripen fully (Ripe when light finger pressure detects some softness).
Copper Spray ( copper is an approved product for organic use) was used in the fall, and at early bud stage in the spring to combat a fungal diseases.
No sprays were used during the fruiting period. Expect 3-4 peaches per pound . Placing in a paper bag will hasten ripening. If left on the tree until fully ripe, the insects (bees) will have a heyday and open up areas for further damage to the fruit. If any soft spots seen, refrigerate to prolong the life of the fruit.
