Living With Imperfections
Nature is in control and the sooner we accept that, the better.

As we dig our potatoes we find the early red potato skins are less than perfect, and when we dug the Adirondack Blue Potatoes we found them to be very large and imperfectly shaped.
The good news is the taste is not affected by their appearance.

We all love baby carrots, but all varieties are now full mature adult sized carrots.

This week we have a special bulk packaging available on beets, carrots, green beans, onions and tomatoes.

Blueberries are gone, we took off the net, and now the song birds that remain can enjoy them, along with the bluejays.

Some may have noticed that peppers have not been offered yet, they are slow to perform and unfortunately the farmer is eating them as fast as they grow.

We love the cooler weather, and the variety of vegetables available. We hope you are enjoying the produce available this time of year as well wherever you shop.
