When Ordering Meats & other products from Adams Farm Online Market please note:

*Your order is custom processed specifically for you! Therefore, if you place an order by Sunday at 11 pm, it allows the farm to choose the appropriate size animal(s), allows for any meat aging time, processing, packaging, boxing up your order & getting it fresh into the freezer for you to pick up 12 days later on Friday afternoon. If you are not able to get to the farm on Friday; you must pick up the order by Sunday at 5 pm.

**For Beef Orders: Allow 3 to 3 1/2 weeks from the order date until pick up time; as we hang the beef in our aging coolers for a period of 2 weeks to produce the ultimate in texture and taste.

Because your order is custom processed just for you; the weights listed online are approximate and we will get as close as we can. Invoices will be adjusted based on actual weights.
