STEPS TO PARTICIPATE


1.Complete the google form that is sent to you.

2.Login or register on Harvest to Market. Choose the Guilford Local Food Market as your primary market. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM FOOD CONNECTS! YOU WILL ONLY SEE LARGE QUANTITIES OF FOOD THERE, IF YOU SEE THAT YOU ARE NOT ON THE RIGHT SITE. FOLLOW THE LINK I PROVIDE.

3.Market is opened by administrator.

4. Members receive an email that market is open.

5.Place orders online by the Sunday night at 8pm.

6.Members will be emailed an invoice that can be paid online. If paying online is a problem please reach out.
7.Pick up on Thursday from 3-6pm at the Tapalou Guilds All your food will be packed and ready for pick up.
8. Your bags are pre-packed. Please check the contents of your bag. If you are missing something check the farm stand cooler, leftover items will be placed there.

How It Works
Food Connects operates a food hub. We will place orders through them on a weekly basis. We will also purchase from other small farms. We purchase foods in bulk quantities and then one person here on the farm will weigh out food into smaller quantities.

Choose what you would like. We will do our best to order everything and also know that there may be fluctuation based on what they have due to the season and their increased demand. This program needs to run efficiently.
