The Vermont Tech's Vegetable Production Program concentrates on vegetables as its primary product, and fruit production as a secondary endeavor. This includes garlic, sweet corn, potatoes, broccoli, kale, swiss chard, cilantro, basil, salad mix, head lettuce, onions, scallions, winter squash, pumpkins, melons, watermelons, cherry tomatoes and carrots. The garden is currently cultivating 1 acre with the other acre in a cover crop. We also have a quarter acre in blueberry production.
