Green Cabbage: These dense green cabbage are excellent keepers, and are excellent for slaw, kraut, in stir fries or soups, or boiled for an old fashioned New England dinner. Large avg 8-9 lbs!

Orange: Small to Medium sized. Sweet. Naturally grown

SECONDS - orange Tops - old nibble marks from vole, or tops or ends cut which diminishes storage.

Orange & Yellow - Medium to full sized carrots. Grown naturally.

orange and Yellow carrots - SECONDS: Some cut to remove bad areas, others lightly "pre-tasted, gaining vole seal of approval". Cut carrots good for use now - think Carrot Soup, Carrot Cake, etc. - may not store will. "Pre-tasted" minor defects should not affect storage. Naturally Grown.
