Classic Sweet Gherkins with a twist! Sweet and crunchy, made of West Indian Gherkin cucumbers! We call these cucumbers the "hedgehog" cukes! They are rock hard and spiny, not at all appetizing raw. BUT the recipe is a multi-day sugar cure followed by pickling, and the process penetrates and softens the cukes. The result is a crunchy sweet and tangy pickle that is surprisingly delectable!

Apple Jelly! Crystal clear and sweet! From our own trees! Absolutely clear, sweet apple flavor! The apples are from our own trees and the juices is steam extracted!

Aroniaberry Jelly! Robust flavor reminiscent of currants! Aronia, or chokeberry, is a native North American shrub that thrives in our area. This is a delicious and underutilized fruit with a full and robust flavor that reminds me of currants. The fruits are dark and loaded with antioxidants, as much or more than elderberries.

Beautiful Golden PEACH Jam! Golden peaches transformed into a delicious jam. Locally grown peaches lovingly canned here at Whitehill Farm!

Classic Grape Jelly! Fresh and bright flavor! Concord grapes, grown right here in Farmington! Gorgeous blue/black/purple jelly, made with grapes, cane sugar, and fruit pectin.

Golden Plum Jam! A little different and definitely delicious! We've got a bumper crop of La Crescent Golden Plums ...and beautiful jam as a result!

Gorgeous Red Plum Jam! Our own organic plums! Our young trees are vigorous and prolific. 2021 and '22 were banner years. Jams are made with whole fruit and the juice and are satisfyingly rich and sweet.
