Greetings, local food lovers!

Place your order from Western Maine Market today for pick-up or delivery this Friday or Saturday.
.
Farmington's Winter Market
.
The Farmington Farmers’ Market will move indoors to its winter location at the St. Joseph Center, 130 Quebec Street, starting this Saturday, the 4th of November. The winter market will be held Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., November through April.
The market accepts SNAP/EBT as well as credit and debit cards. Stretch your SNAP benefits with Maine Harvest Bucks, good for the purchase of fruits and vegetables. Get $1 in Maine Harvest Bucks for every $2 spent in SNAP benefits at the farmers’ market.
Western Maine Market will continue to offer order pick-up Fridays on Front Street, next to the Better Living Center, with abbreviated hours starting this week. The winter market Saturday replaces the outdoor Saturday market in the list of pick-up and delivery options. Other pick-up and delivery options remain unchanged except that orders will reach their destinations earlier on Friday afternoons.

From the Kitchen Garden Seeds Website, where we got the seeds:
"These 8-ounce to 1-pound, deep Brunswick green, just-shy-of-black Pumpkins are pint-sized, but they pack a big dramatic punch. They have a classic rounded, deeply ribbed shape and a black stem. Add these little devils to spooky fall displays, or use their sweet, pale orange flesh in your favorite Pumpkin pie recipe. They store well, eventually turning orange."
